Shipping & Returns
I ship using An Post. If a piece arrives broken or damaged, please send me a picture and I will replace it for you, as close as possible to the original. (In over 20 years I’ve never had a piece break).
All of my orders are tracked, if you would like a piece for an occasion or a particular date then please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you in time. Additional costs may apply for this.
If you are unhappy with your piece, I’m happy to take it back and offer a full refund to the value of the piece. If a piece is commissioned, I am happy to discuss all options with you and come to some arrangement.
